Sonnya’s brother Milo is missing, and the only clue she has to his disappearance is a mysterious text message. She discovers Milo is somehow involved with the now-defunct RPG game, “Freak-quency,” which was stopped for good reason: players were disappearing. Sonnya discovers that the game is no longer confined to computers, and has found a new home in the world of the living. Just what was Milo mixed up in? But finding Milo means she’ll have to get dangerously close to Freak-Quency… and it’s anyone’s guess what the game has in store for Sonnya.
